Booking and Payment:
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- To secure your booking, full payment or a deposit may be required.
- Payment can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other accepted payment methods.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, once your booking is confirmed, the price is guaranteed.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- Cancellations made by the customer:
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled tour/activity may be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour/activity may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- No-shows or late arrivals will not be eligible for a refund.
- Cancellations made by Red Sea Fun:
- In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a tour/activity due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient bookings, you will be offered an alternative date/time or a full refund.
Changes and Amendments:
- Changes to bookings, including date changes or amendments to the number of participants, may be subject to availability and additional fees.
- Red Sea Fun reserves the right to make changes to tour itineraries, activities, or inclusions due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other factors beyond our control.
Health and Safety:
- Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit and able to participate in the chosen tour/activity.
- All participants must adhere to safety instructions provided by our guides and crew.
- Red Sea Fun reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual deemed unfit or unsafe to participate in the tour/activity.
Liability:
- Red Sea Fun shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expenses incurred during the tour/activity, including but not limited to personal belongings, accidents, or medical emergencies.
- Participants are advised to obtain travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
